makermaps is a community directory platform that connects local artists, makers, and creatives with their communities. The Service allows users to:

• Browse and discover local artists and makers
• Submit artist profiles for inclusion in the directory
• Submit community events
• Save favorites and interact with listings
• Contact artists through the platform

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant makermaps a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

All artist listings and events are subject to review and approval. makermaps reserves the right to reject or remove listings that:

• Violate these terms or our community guidelines
• Contain false or misleading information
• Are outside our coverage area
• Are deemed inappropriate for the platform

makermaps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or disputes between users and artists listed on the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
